Don't Slam Another Door On Your Dream!
Choice, chance & change...you know what it's like where you are, you're unsure what it's like where the opportunity presents itself. Ask yourself are you completely satisfied staying put or will you step out on faith & explore this new opportunity believing that your path is guided by a light greater than yourself? If you're really sick & tired, don't slam another open door on yourself. ♥ Peace & Love ♥
How many times have you stood in the way of your own progress? I can tell you I've been guilty of this far too many times. It can be difficult to admit it and take responsibility for blocking your own blessings. It is easier to point fingers and pass the blame to others in our lives. But it's not until we are able to look ourselves square in the mirror and say it's me, it's my life and it's my decision to make that we can move into to action to explore life's possibilities.
Some of my best decisions were the hardest to make. You know the ones where you sit on the fence thinking of all the reasons why you need things to change and all the reasons to simply leave things as they are. It's the uncertainty and the negative self-talk that stops us dead in our tracks. We know what to expect where we are, it's our comfort zone. However, change is uncomfortable because we lose our sense of control. We don't have all the answers. We can't visualize what it will be like. We begin to allow our self-talk to identify all the things that could possibly go wrong. Then we second guess our selfs and often we slam the door on ourselves.
Don't slam another door on you and your dream. You are worthy...believe it! See yourself there...Visualize it! Decide to take a leap of faith and the net will appear.
Peace & Love,
Irma

Fall In Line
Hey, I'm so excited about the change of season, I can barely sleep. I see it as a time for renewal for you and me. Draw a line right where you are and begin again today - with the changes you want to make. See the trees shed their leaves for a reason and we too can shed what is used up, unwanted and undesirable to us. So, why not FALL in line - with the you that you see yourself becoming. You can do it!
This morning a posted a message on Twitter that said, "That which you place your focus on becomes bigger" now is your opportunity to shift your focus, limit your distractions so that you become the best of you and live on purpose with a deeper passion. Don't like something about your life, change it and if you cannot change it, at least change your attitude about it.
Smile every chance you get because great things are possible. Practice an attitude of gratitude and watch great things happen in your life. Thank you for stopping by! Click Here and we'll fall together!!

Trust
A little girl and her father were crossing a bridge.
The father was kind of scared so he asked his little daughter:
"Sweetheart, please hold my hand so that you don't fall into the river." The little girl said:
"No, Dad. You hold my hand."
"What's the difference?" Asked the puzzled father.
"There's a big difference," replied the little girl.
"If I hold your hand and something happens to me, chances are that I may let your hand go. But if you hold my hand, I know for sure that no matter what happens, you will never let my hand go."
In any relationship, the essence of trust is not in its bind, but in its bond. So hold the hand of the person whom you love rather than expecting them to hold yours...
I had a conversation with a young man today and he asked how to get someone to trust him again. I said well the apology has to come first but that's not where the real work begins. The real work comes when you start to change the attitude and actions that caused the distrust in the beginning. It's the actions that will regain trust. I said, "you cannot continue with business as usual, doing the same old stuff!" Instead, start with being a person of your word. Say what you mean and mean what you say. If you are going to promise something...for crying out loud do it! He said I try. Try won't get it alone, you must under promise and over deliver each and every time. Your word is all you have and too often it is used and abused. Stand on your word and do what you say you are going to do. Otherwise, talk is cheap and eventually you word means nothing at all.
